Lean Six Sigma "Lite" refresher workshops are designed for trained green belts, black belts, continuous improvement professionals, engineers and people with knowledge of statistical tools and methods. These are one day overviews of the major topics presented in the full workshops. These workshops are customized for each group of participants.

  • Leadership Training:   A one day executive overview is held with your senior management to address both "soft" and "hard" issues associated with Lean Six Sigma deployment. Success criteria of the workshop include an understanding of an organization's productivity opportunities using information gained from analysis of financial and operations reports, analysis of value flow maps of major work streams and deployment plans.


    • Champion "Lite" Training:   A one day workshop which shows the basic Lean Six Sigma tools, methods and concepts which every champion should know to be effective at project identification, selection, development of roles and responsibilities as well as creation of deployment goals and objectives. The workshop is facilitated by a master black belt instructor through presentations, discussions and breakout exercises.


      • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt "Lite" Training:  A one day workshop which provides a refresher for trained black belts and people with advanced statistical skills. It presents an overview of basic Lean Six Sigma tools, methods and concepts every black belt should know to be effective at project identification, analysis and execution. The workshop is facilitated by a master black belt instructor through presentations, discussions and breakout exercises.


        • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt "Lite" Training:  A one day workshop which shows the basic Lean Six sigma tools, methods and concepts every green belt should know to be effective at project identification, analysis and execution. The workshop is facilitated by a master black belt instructor through presentations, discussions and breakout exercises.


          • Continuous Improvement Training (Yellow Belt): A one day workshop demonstrating basic continuous improvement methods using simulation breakouts.
