Recent engagements …


  • We facilitated global enterprise-wide Kaizen events for engineering, sales operations, marketing, logistics, legal, human resources and other organizational functions for a hardware/ software organization. These events were in person and remote. Examples include manufacturing layout improvements, integrating global marketing operations for an automotive manufacturer, SAP legacy placement, creating a global policy framework for an energy company, voice of customer escalation management for a financial services organization, reducing field failure rates, improving the new hire onboarding process, global sales and operations planning for a financial services organization, call center escalation reductions for a security organization, integration of Lean Six Sigma methods within a Total Customer Experience (TCE) framework supported by big data analytics, customer listening posts and an end-to-end dashboard initiative as well as other events.


    • We did on-site and remote project coaching and just-in-time black belt and continuous improvement training for a major energy company across multiple sites including Houston, Chicago, Alaska, California, Washington and Louisiana. Applications include indirect procurement, production and refining.


      • We designed and delivered Lean Six Sigma black belt and greenbelt training for an international building products company to enable them to focus on deployment activities.  


        • We created high impact project charters as part of champion training for a major food retailer to accelerate their deployment. Each black belt had several fully vetted project charters prior to training. This reduced project execution time and increased return-on-investment (ROI).


          • We managed Asian and Australian deployment teams for a large consulting organization at a major security corporation. We delivered executive training, developed black belt project charters and delivered black belt training for students from Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, India and Singapore in three languages using simultaneous translation.

          • A master black belt with more than 25 years’ experience across diverse industries and several major organizations. Relevant experience includes executive, champion and belt training, Six Sigma and Lean deployments, operational assessments and project management as well as Design for Six Sigma methods. He is an expert in deployment strategies.

          • A former master black belt with General Electric. He has more than 25 years’ experience across diverse industries and major organizations. Relevant experience includes executive, champion and belt training, Six Sigma and Lean deployments, operational assessments and project management as well as Design for Six Sigma methods.

           

          • A former AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) master black belt. He has trained and mentored thousands of executives, deployment champions, master black belts, black belts, green belts and Lean practitioners in Lean Six Sigma methods. He successfully led Lean Six Sigma assessments and deployments across Japan, China, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, North America and Europe.
